Welcome to the MIG-RATS homepage! The MIG-RATS provide resources and support to the ongoing research activities of the Medicaid Infrastructure Grants (MIGs). The central feature of the MIGs is to support employment for people with disabilities. Our research efforts focus on employment, disability, and related services. This website is designed to help you find useful research reports and resources, learn about current MIG-RATS activities and initiatives, and connect with fellow MIG reseachers.
2008 MIG and Buy-In States
What's New.... It's a busy summer at MIG-RATS! We will be pretesting the Benefits Counselor Survey developed by the benefits counseling service workgroup, and the data request process is being pilot tested. We expect to release both of these in the fall. We are also adding new materials to the website - including new toolkits and products from the MIG states.
In addition, we recently distributed a short research needs and interests inventory to the MIG Researchers and Directors. This inventory will help us to obtain input from the states to update our overall activities. It will be your chance to let us know what you'd like to see MIG-RATS do, and how we can best help you accomplish your research goals. If your state has already completed an inventory, thank you for your contributions. If you haven't received the inventory, please contact us. And as always, feel free to contact us anytime with your suggestions or requests.
