Welcome to the MIG-RATS webpage! If this is your first time joining us, feel free to explore each of the sections that provide links to resources and tools that can help to answer your research question. To get started, we recommend that you first click on
Topics for a list of current research topics that are of interest to states. Then, go to
MIG-RATS Activities to see what workgroups and committees are in progress.
If you want to stay up to date as new resources are added to the website, you can subscribe to our
RSS feed. While you're on the Resources page, you'll see that the Feeds button

on your browser toolbar has turned from gray to orange. Click on this button to view a chronological list of resources added to the webpage. You can also choose to subscribe to this feed and view updates using tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Google Reader, or Internet Explorer.
If you're looking for a survey instrument or a "how-to-get started" guide, try out the
Toolkit for practical documents and templates that can help you with ideas and examples from other states. Check out the
State Specific Info link which allows you to find all documents produced by a state.
You can always use the
"Search" toolbar in the upper right area of the screen for a specific keyword or report title. A list of MIG research contacts is available in
Contacts, and a schedule of upcoming conferences, workgroup meetings, and other activities can be viewed on the
Calendar with information on how to RSVP. As a member of the MIG research community, we hope that you'll find this website useful and visit us again soon. If you'd like to share comments, please click on the
Provide Feedback link at the bottom left of the page.
We welcome your feedback and suggestions to improve the website!
